Fee Deposit Rules for 2025-26

Offline Payment Options

• Payments can be made only at the school fee counter using cheque, demand draft (DD), cash, or through an EDC machine.
• Cheques should be drawn in favor of Delhi Public School, Alwar.
• Outstation cheques will not be accepted.
• It is mandatory to mention the Enrollment No. on the Fee Deposit Slip.
• For payments via cheque/DD, please write the following on the reverse side:
  • Name of the child
  • Enrollment No.
  • Class & Section
• The fee payment date will be considered the date when the amount is transferred to the school account, not the date mentioned on the cheque.
• A penalty of ₹1,000/- will be charged if the cheque is dishonored by the bank.

Online Payment Options

• Online payments can be made using Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking.
• Payments will only be accepted through the official school website/portal.
• The transaction charges for online payments will be borne by the remitter.

Steps for Online Payment:

1. Access the school portal via the website (www.dpsalwar.com).
2. Enter your unique User Name and Password to log in.
3. Select the Fee Module and view your due amount.
4. Click on the Pay option.
5. Choose a payment method (Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking) and follow the instructions.

Transaction Charges for Online Payments:

• Credit Card: 0.75% + applicable taxes (VISA & MasterCard).
• Debit Card: 0% + applicable taxes.
• Net Banking: ₹7.00/- per transaction.

Note: These rates are subject to revision as per RBI guidelines.
